Easy-Viber is a very powerful machine analysis instrument with a variety of useful features, yet affordable. Easy-Viber measures three channels simultaneously, two vibration channels and one tachometer channel, the software includes FFT-analysis and waveform analysis, as well as Envelope Analysis for powerful bearing damage analysis. In addition to the powerful analysis tools, Easy-Viber comes with fast and intuitive 2-plane balancing software for effective machine balancing.
Coast-down analysis and machine animation are also included. Together with the SpectraPro software (option) Easy-Viber constitutes a very cost-effective and easy-to-use route based machine maintenance system suitable for small to medium size sites. With the SpectraPro software different machine characteristics such as total vibration level, bearing condition etc may be trended over time with automatic alarm generation. The Easy-Viber is delivered in a service case complete with sensor, User manual, magnet holders etc.
